With a deep commitment to student wellbeing, future-focused learning, and community partnership, Ben oversees the entire K–TAFE journey — ensuring that every learner at Benne College is known, supported, and inspired.
Kai works alongside staff, students, and families to bring Benne College’s vision to life every day. As Deputy Principal, Kai supports curriculum planning, student engagement, and the smooth operation of the school. Kai plays a key role in shaping our inclusive culture and ensuring every child is safe, seen, and supported in their learning.
Layla leads our inclusive education programs and supports students with diverse learning, health, and behavioural needs. She works closely with classroom teachers, families, and specialist staff to ensure each learner can thrive in a way that works for them.
Jeff leads the design and delivery of our school-wide curriculum from Kindy to TAFE. He works with staff across all sub-schools to ensure that learning at Benne College is engaging, rigorous, and future-focused.
Alyx leads our Kindy and Reception team, ensuring our youngest learners feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school. With a strong focus on relationships, routines, and early learning foundations, Alyn works closely with families and staff to create a nurturing environment where children grow through play, creativity, and connection.
Katy leads our Junior School (Years 1–4), where students continue building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and confidence. Katy fosters a warm, inclusive culture that supports both academic success and social-emotional growth. She works closely with staff and families to guide children through the important early years of school life.
Elijah leads our Middle School (Years 5–8), where students begin to explore more complex ideas, develop independence, and strengthen their identity as learners. He supports staff and students in navigating this important transition stage with energy, empathy, and high expectations.
Emma oversees the learning and wellbeing of our Senior School students (Years 9–11 & TAFE), guiding them through the most important years of preparation for adult life. She works closely with families, industry, and educators to support every learner's unique goals — whether academic, vocational, or creative.
