Being mean/nasty towards students and/or staff
Students who bully may face:
Detention (5-11)

Suspension (External and Internal)
Yard duty (Cleaning up the yard at break)
Office and/or canteen duty at break (Helping in these places)
Expulsion (If serious and/or repeated, generally only older years 9-T)
We may use other options when necessary.
For further support see the Sectors Bully, Harassment, & Discrimination Policy.
We offer a range of support, the main one being SSOs. Contact the Individual Needs Leader (Kai - Deputy Principal) for more information.
We have got three types of emergencies at Benne College: Evacuation, Lockdown, and Lock-In. These are the plans and signals:

Stay on the oval until the all clear is given or emergency early dismissal
