At Benne College, we believe that students do their best learning when they feel safe, supported, and connected. That’s why we fully support the sectors THRIVE Program — a whole-school wellbeing program designed to help every student grow in confidence, care, and capability.
THRIVE supports students to develop essential life skills, healthy habits, and strong social-emotional foundations. It is embedded into our daily practice and taught explicitly across all four sub-schools: Little School, Junior School, Middle School, and Senior School.
T – Togetherness
We build strong relationships, promote belonging, and create inclusive classrooms and playgrounds.

We teach students how to care for their bodies and minds through physical, emotional, and digital wellbeing.

We help students develop the confidence and skills to bounce back from challenges and keep trying.

We encourage each child to know themselves, celebrate their uniqueness, and feel proud of who they are.
V – Values & Voice
We guide students to make respectful choices, act with integrity, and share their voice in kind and meaningful ways.
